Confirmation
Registration for Confirmation 1 has begun and will continue until September 1, 2011. You must review the information contained in the Confirmation Handbook on this website to register for the program. Please print and turn in the following forms in order to complete your registration:
1. Registration Form 11
2. Confirmation Fee Agreement 11
3. Adult Volunteer Form 11
